Michael House School is a Rudolf Steiner School, situated in woodland on the edge of Shipley Country Park in Derbyshire, England. Children attend from the age of three and a half to sixteen years. They come from a wide range of backgrounds.

Michael House School is a dynamic evolving community school looking to update its buildings.

Hans Haenlein Architects were appointed in March 2005 to help the management team to develop the brief and to design the new facilities.
